Do I need to have oils to participate?
No—oils are optional. We’ll provide a recommended list for those who want to work with them, but you can also use substitutes you already have or simply connect with the energetic intention of each plant during the practices.
What about crystals?
Crystals are also optional. Each session includes guidance for building a crystalline grid, and you’re welcome to use the stones we suggest, choose your own, or work with symbolic objects that feel meaningful to you.
Do I need prior experience with shamanism or astrology?
Not at all. We’ll guide you step-by-step through every practice and provide context for each astrological event we’re working with. All you need is an open heart and curiosity for the journey.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
We keep things simple. All you need is a device with internet access and a Zoom link (which we provide). Replays are emailed directly to you, so you can watch on your own schedule.
Do I have to attend all the live calls?
No. While joining live allows you to receive the energy in real time, all calls will be recorded and sent to you within 24–48 hours. You can complete the work at your own pace, and the practices are effective whenever you engage with them.
How much time will this take?
Calls are 75-90 minutes, with optional practices you can do between sessions. You can spend as little as 15 minutes a week practicing on your own. The pace is yours to choose.
