I fell in love with Greece!
I will be honest, last year Greece wasn’t even on my radar. My travels to the Mediterranean took me elsewhere as my heart was devoted to my beloved Egypt and my ancestral home of Italy.
But, oh my! Greece has well and truly stolen my heart.
Having just returned from one of the greatest travel experiences of my life - and I have had some extraordinary travels - I am so excited to share with you the Myth & Mysteries of Ancient Greece - a priestess pilgrimage to the sacred sites of Eleusis and Delphi.
The Tale of the Serpent and the Bees
High in the mythic mountains of Delphi, where the Pythia or serpent priestess once entered trance to speak Apollo’s truth, the stones still shimmer with power.
But long before the cult of Apollo took root, the land was tended by the Melissae — the bee priestesses — wild and wise women who whispered the will of the cosmos and carried the honeyed codes of prophecy, sacred union, and ecstatic communion with the unseen.
Their lineage flows like golden nectar through time — threading through Eleusis, the sacred sanctuary of Demeter and Persephone, where the Great Mysteries of descent and rebirth were enacted for centuries.
Following in the footsteps of the mysterious Eleusinian rites, we are called into a new relationship with life and death as we consciously connect to the realms beyond. Dr. Rima Bonario
Dr. Rima Bonario is an internationally respected sacred pilgrimage leader, ritual guide, and modern-day priestess devoted to awakening the sovereign feminine in herself and others.
With over 30 years of experience in transformational work, she curates mythic journeys that weave ancient wisdom with embodied practice — guiding women into direct communion with the sacred.
Through her work in temple arts, anointing, archetypal embodiment, and soul-mapped initiation, Rima has led pilgrimages across Egypt, Hawaii, Central America, and now, Greece, activating sacred sites and the souls called to remember them.
She is known for creating immersive spaces of beauty, depth, and profound inner alchemy where women reclaim their power, purpose, and divine voice.
MOVEMENT & BREATHWORK
Laura Wolf
We are so fortunate to have Laura Wolf on the retreat team. Laura is a Priestess, Master Facilitator, and embodied guide devoted to awakening the wild, wise, and sensual feminine. As founder of Shaman’s Heart Sanctuary and WildWoman Retreats, Laura has served women across the globe through live and online experiences that blend mysticism with deeply embodied practice. Her work is a sacred invitation for women to come home to their bodies — to feel alive, luscious, and fully expressed through breath, movement, and sensual embodiment.
Drawing on decades of experience and training, Laura creates transformational containers that integrate yoga, stretching, sacred dance, and shamanic breathwork — helping women unwind trauma, reclaim pleasure, and access the deep wisdom held in their feminine form. Her approach is both mystical and practical, and will support our journey through embodiment practices to facilitate wellness and integration.

We are so blessed to have these two beautiful humans to host us for our time in Greece.
Having lived in the area for decades, Enrico is an extraordinary host with expert knowledge of all the interesting places to explore in the bay, the Pelion peninsula, beyond. He will take us on local excursions on his boat and lead hikes in the hills next to the villa - if you can keep up with him!
Katerina is an accomplished chef who loves to cook fresh foods from her garden and the local area. Be prepared for a cornucopian of flavors and culinary delights wrapped up in some of the healthiest food you will eat all year! If we’re lucky she will impart some of her cooking secrets to us. If you are interested in the principles of nutrition and healing your body through food, be sure to find time for a one-on-one chat with Katrina and she will give you excellent tips for healing through food.
