Do I need to have oils to participate?
No—oils are optional. If you choose to work with oils, I recommend Galbanum, Bay Laurel and Rosa Mystica. Or you can purchase the limited time Snake Medicine Blend with all three.
What about crystals?
Crystals are also optional. I recommend Labradorite, Amathyst, and Rose Quartz. The crystals and oils are supportive allies, not requirements. You may use your own sacred tools or simply bring your presence.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
We keep things simple. All you need is a device with internet access and a Zoom link (which we provide). Replays are emailed directly to you, so you can watch on your own schedule.
Do I have to attend all the live calls?
No. While joining live allows you to receive the energy in real time, all calls will be recorded and sent to you within 48 hours. You can complete the work at your own pace, and the practices are effective whenever you engage with them.
How much time will this take?
Calls are 75 minutes, with optional practices you can do between sessions. You can spend as little as 15 minutes a week practicing on your own. The pace is yours to choose.
